Company Need:
Pluto’s growth strategy centers on hiring and training top medical talent, utilizing more technology, and entering new markets. To drive growth, Pluto plans to scale-up its headquarters and support operations. Its current office is already over capacity, so it needs to find a new office quickly. Pluto envisions its next office as an anchor that is strategically located to serve a growing area and attract talent. One option is relocating to a larger, upscale office space near its current office.
Why Ohio?
Pluto will move its headquarters from 865 Yard Street to 775 Yard Street in Grandview Heights to accommodate its growth. By expanding to a 10,000-square-foot space within the same office park, the company will be able to scale operations and support the growth of its local workforce, which will increase from 11 to 76 employees. Pluto has fared well during COVID-19 and has been able to keep expanding operations throughout the pandemic.
