The JobsOhio Workforce and Talent Solutions program was developed to identify a company’s talent challenges and build sustainable talent strategies that provide support at every stage of the candidate journey. Two programs created to support this initiative are Find Your Ohio and Ohio to Work.

Find Your Ohio is a program that connects you to incredible Ohio-based job opportunities, so you can build a better life. The mission of the program is to attract in-demand talent to ideal careers in Ohio by connecting them to open, relevant positions with Ohio companies. Often this requires re-education and skill development, therefore we’ve partnered with various resources to provide these resources to the community.
