Booz Allen provides a variety of high-demand digital solutions, engineering, cybersecurity, analytics and consulting services, and has operations throughout Ohio and globally. The company needed to add new software, cyber and engineering jobs that will enable it to continue tackling the complex challenges of meeting customer demands and technology changes.

Customer relationships and workforce quality were also key drivers in the company’s search.

Why Ohio?

Booz Allen Hamilton selected to grow in Beavercreek, Ohio. The proposed expansion includes a nearly 10,000 square-foot addition that will include a new digital hub and secure space. Sixty additional full-time, high-wage technology positions will be created in the growing area of cybersecurity.

Beavercreek will become another digital hub for Booz Allen Hamilton. Only five other hubs currently exist within the company’s network.

This expansion is expected to bring an enormous benefit to the Dayton area and to the cybersecurity and technology ecosystem in both the region and the state of Ohio. Ohio is an increasingly appealing location for technology companies. The state’s educational institutions, businesses and organizations are collaborating to provide innovative education and training in cybersecurity to establish a talent pipeline for technology professionals.
