The Peninsula Office is the heart of downtown Columbus's new development along the Scioto Peninsula. This development, aptly named The Peninsula, is a three-part project that started with the removal of a century-old dam returning the river to its natural width and reclaiming 33 acres of new greenspace for residential use. The Peninsula Office is the heart of the development with an eight-story building, that offers customized office space for both startup businesses, and established brands.
Business Needs
Columbus is one of the fastest growing cities in the country, and as Ohio’s largest city, it is a major factor in Ohio having the seventh largest economy in the U.S. Because of this growth, there is an ongoing need for sites in Central Ohio. With beautiful views of downtown Columbus and easy access to the state’s capital, the Peninsula Office became the perfect spot for business. Located at 300 Rush Alley in Columbus, the Peninsula Office offers expansive and modern workspaces in an exciting new area of the city.

Developed by the Daimler Group, The Peninsula Office provides modern offices and convenient access to the city of Columbus. The project had an expected investment of $29,182,225 and was supported by JobsOhio with a $1.5 million investment through the Ohio Site Inventory Program, which provides grants and loans to job-ready development projects in Ohio. The Peninsula Office is the first phase of planned developments on the Peninsula which will include residential units, a grocery store, retail, and more office spaces.
With proximity to the state’s capital, businesses at The Peninsula Office will have access to the talent and innovation that has made Ohio a leader in economic development. The Peninsula currently has four businesses as tenants: Deloitte, Insight Global, Burgess and Niple, and Telhio.
