Protiviti’s new global analytics and operations central office will add to the state’s economic vitality. Its Blue Ash location will provide standardized, technology-enabled, and cost-effective services at scale. Ohio’s business-friendly environment was a major factor in Protiviti’s decision to establish the delivery center in the Cincinnati region. The state awarded the company a nearly 2%, 10-year Job Creation Tax Credit after reviewing recommendations made by JobsOhio and its partners. With plans to create 450 new jobs, Protiviti was drawn to southwest Ohio because of its diverse talent pool. With 85 offices in 25 countries, Protiviti was named to Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For list.
