Company Need:
Wedgewood was looking for a new location to expand its growing business. The acquisition and retrofitting of the Albany facility is part of the Wedgewood’s overall 503(b) strategy. Albany site will add capacity, allow Wedgewood to extend the shelf life of its products beyond the limitations imposed by recently revised USP guidelines. Albany site will also enable an additional supply distribution channel for Wedgewood by supplying the internal and external pharmacies to deliver products to the animal patients and subsequently increase the Wedgewood sales revenue.
