Statement From JobsOhio President and CEO J.P. Nauseef Regarding Moody’s Upgrade of JobsOhio Beverage System
JobsOhio President and CEO J.P. Nauseef today released the following statement regarding Moody’s upgrade of the JobsOhio Beverage System to Aa2 from Aa3.
“The foundation of Moody's upgrade of the JobsOhio Beverage System (JOBS) to Aa2 from Aa3 was first built by our beverage team and the strength of its operations. These efforts have resulted in an increase of pledged liquor profits from $272M in fiscal year 2013 to $481M in fiscal year 2024, a compound annual growth rate of 5.3%.”
“Just last week, Ohio Liquor (OHLQ), a public-private partnership between the Ohio Department of Commerce Division of Liquor Control (DOLC) and JOBS was honored with the prestigious StateWays Overall Best Practices Award for 2024. StateWays said, ‘From ground-breaking partnerships to cutting-edge technology, OHLQ’s remarkable initiatives have not only set a new standard for control states but have also redefined what it means to excel in this field.”
“We are grateful for the leadership of JOBS Vice President Lorraine Terry working alongside JobsOhio Chief Financial Officer Andrew Deye, who together provide outcome-based leadership, maximizing the performance of the enterprise, and strengthening returns and reducing risk for bondholders.”
