With an on-going commitment to customer service, Macy’s required a central location to quickly access and serve customers, a need for logistical excellence, and access to skilled talent. Macy’s has all of that in Northeast Ohio and chose to expand the facility.

Macy’s Bailey Road Distribution Center has been selected as a new customer fulfillment location to support our growing macys.com digital business, adding fulfillment to the existing store delivery, furniture and bedding operations. We are delighted to retain our current employees and hire more than 400 people in the community to support.
