Company Need:

Discover Financial Services was looking to make a significant capital investment and establish a new customer care center. This investment expands its existing presence with an 85,505-square-foot location at 4590 E Broad Street. The new space will add to its customer support and data center in Central Ohio and grow its workforce presence in the state, where it already employs 2,100 people, mainly in the Columbus Region. This expansion is part of Discover’s strategic site selection approach, which seeks to enhance high-quality employment opportunities and create more equity in the community.
